On topic: It would be a shame if demonoid died, i never used the tracker much but it has great hard to find stuff indeed. I hope they come back soon.

Was the first (semi)private tracker I joined. Only ever used dump sites like TorrentSpy, Minonove or TPB before there... and was sick of downloading all sorts of shit from them...
I rarely ever use it anymore really, however, as many previous posters have said, the content on there was second to none... there hasn't ever been anything I've looked for that I couldn't eventually find on Demonoid.
Even if others have better 'favourites' and like other sites more than Demonoid, it still goes down as a leader in it's field and a name synonymous with torrenting.
Hope to see it back again soon
