My cable connection for bittorent is getting anywhere in the range of 4-24 kbs per second! my share rating is at over 1.600 and i have the uploads set to unlimited, so what the hell?? i get at least 60kbs on kazaa lite.

try sum other torrent. it depends on the seeding of the torrent and if there are 10 seeds and over 50 ppl are trying to get that file, dont expect a lot of speed

Uploading slowly to someone on BT won't typically net you a return favor of them uploading to you.
"unlimited" uploads means each upload will get 1/unlimited amounts of your bandwidth... guess what, you don't get much in return for that!
