Iso Help!

I have downloaded Uk-Info disc from 2 different p2p places as .iso files. I have written them to disc using Alcohol 120 and Adaptec easy cd creator which report a successful write, but when i read the disc it has a number of .dat files on it and the only .exe file is called 'FIX'. If i double click this it says it's not a valid win 32 file.
Anyone know how i actualy run this program?

When you burn a cd image (eg .iso) dont burn it as data. Go to burn image and then choose the iso file.
