I've recently become a member on TV, even though it went down I've been seeding like crazy, will utorrent remember that(even though I've restarted, stopped/restarted torrents as I needed my bw for gaming) and update the tracker accordingly when it comes back?

If you've stopped torrents while the tracker was down, all the upload before that won't be reported. Should use "pause" next time.

Just as a side note for the next time, if you keep your torrent running and never shut it off until the tracker comes back on, your stats will update correctly. Otherwise, no cigar.

if TV use the same tracker engine as what.cd, it will forget peer id's so it won't count any upload made during the downtime
