As far as I know that's not true, but a kind of "move along" message for non-members.We are experiencing some major server issues at the moment. Logins are not possible so the site is currently down.
At the moment, it is unlikely the site will be back up for quite a while, if at all

Lately fecuentes DDoS attacks are against the site, so you will notice that at times the server response is not good.
