    But if you can't find anything suspicious, I'd be inclined to think someone on the same IP range as you has an account and has blocked P2P sites.

    Bloody Hell. Its working again.
    Blocked for 2 hrs and everything fine again. I hope it keeps working now.

    Good to hear.

    If trackers are blocked again, you can always run ipconfig /flushdns to clear Windows's DNS cache and try again, just in case. Some browsers also implement an extra cache of their own - if you're on Firefox I think there's an addon to manage it, but you can easily flush it by closing and restarting the browser anyway
