mimeTypes.rdf is located in this folder if that's what you meant:

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxxxxxxx.default\

You'll have to make Windows Explorer show hidden files and folders to see the Application Data directory.
