I survived on sct on a 6/6MB connection for quite some time..

and me on a 12/1 Mb connection ..One can seed well even without a seedbox!!

i have been surviving on a 265k UP and DOWN connection on all my sites without any problems.. seeding on IPT is a piece of cake (especially with all the FL torrents and packs)

yea it was easy on the packs alltho it was way easier when i upgraded to 30/30MB fios rocks!
