Naah, I saw many cheaters from India too, and that's why India is banned in hdbits.org,scc & whatcd.

yeah like any other country india too has cheaters and its not banned from the SCC or what.cd but restricted from sign ups and what's invites channel

I have to say I kind of admire how What.cd itself doesn't ban any countries whatsoever. Speaks well of their staff.

True, all non-Bulgarian IP ranges are supposed to be banned, but I've talked to a few people from other countries that can also access the tracker.
