Yeah sometimes i do push-ups etc. Im a bit fitter now than i was a year ago, ive changed from a mostly sitting job, to a much more standing and walking type of job. plus i always Climb Stairs, i was bored in my old desk job, i hated the place, and the old place felt haunted, really quiet and lonely job, didn't have to walk much at all, or speak to people so it made sense to eat more than i needed to, i just sat and watched films and tv on the laptop or read newspapers all night. now i work day or night in a huge building 5 times the size of the last place,the people there are ok too so i don't feel so alone at work, i suppose its because i prefer a very physical job not a dreary desk job.
