I think my first movie I watched in the cinema was "End of Days" with Arnold Schwarzeneger.

Either E.T or Ghostbusters. Memory is distorted.
I can't remember! (is that bad?) I think it may have been The Lion King (1994) or Jurassic Park (1993), but my parents rented a lot of VHS movies and very rarely took the kids out to the theatres.
I have no idea and I can't locate the clay tablets where the data might be written.
The first movie- or, to be accurate, the first scene from a movie- that I remember, was The Vikings, with Kirk Douglas.
A guy gets tied up and put in a tidal pool, where he's eaten alive by crabs.
Yeah, I remember that for some reason.

I don't remember the movie I remember the experience. My Mom standing in line jostling with teenagers to get me some popcorn .The way that my sneakers stuck to the concrete floor. The seeming endless wait for the movie to start then suddenly the lights dimming and everyone falling silent except for a few chirps from those too excited to contain themselves. Then finally the curtains being drawn back and .......magic.
This is a good thread makes me think back mine, my mother brought me to go see honey, I shrunk the kids, that the first movie i remember sitting in a cinema watching.
The Sound of Music .
