is there any programs that can change a songs quality say from 128 kbp's to 320?
no. the cd needs to be ripped in 320 first. it is obviously possible to convert from 320 to 128. but not the other way about because the 128 has lost important music information already.
Spider is correct, except the cd doesn't need to be ripped @ 320 first, it needs to be ripped as a .wav.
you can then encode it at whatever bitrate you desire.
you could actually do that with your track mofos....decompress it to a .wav, then reencode it at 320.
It wouldn't make a difference in the quality, however, and it wouldn't be a true 320kbps bitrate.
yes it wont change the quality at all
I tried to do that once. A song I downloaded was 56kb and I tried to change it to 320. Didn't make the slightest difference. I just found and dl the song at a higher bit rate.
Yeah and if you do it do not be shareing them with us.Originally posted by mofos@16 October 2003 - 17:46

Most of FC's mp3's are screechy and/or high volume-low volume and almost all are incomplete 96 Wma's. but we still love him.
