As much as I know it's not a free software so takin into account that your link is from the developper's site, I'll probably get a dodgy version .

Is not a plugin ,is the previous version of Dreamweaver ,you must register to download it but you can register with a dodgy e-mail like [email protected] you got the trial you go to andr and get the crack for the french version.
