Whats A Good Program

I don't have a scanner, so i gotta depend on program to draw cartoons, is there a good program to draw cartoons on?

I remember my fren sending me some cartoons he drew on PSP...

maybe you would like to check it out. It all still comes down to your ability I suppose.

psp is so complicated to me, i like photoshop better

adobe illustrator.

it's way more complicated than paint/photo programs, but it's much more suited to creating graphics from scratch.

Illustrator is good, as is Macromedia Fireworks.
They can both be used to create vector graphics.

Fireworks is probably the more intuitive of the two, and has nice help files & tutorials
