    half life 2 is NOT OUT YET!!!

    my proof?

    i purchased and resold and recieved many complaints about
    the ati (aiw) 9(8/6)00 pro/xt half life 2 bundle

    why? many said that it only came with the CD KEY!!!!!

    the game is now set to NO OFFICIAL RELEASE DATE!!!!!!!!!!

    get it!?!

    NO OFFICIAL RELEASE DATE!!!!!

    there is a chance that valve canceled the whole project altogether

    so enjoy the beta. it may be all thats left!

    Its all over the net why they didn&#39;t release it..

    Valve are pissed cos they can&#39;t protect there network from being hacked so someone took/STOLE the HL2 source code.

    There hella pissed about it and postponed it because someone took the sourcecode.. However i also read they never intentioned in releasing HL2 same times as CZ. Qoute from person hwo said this "Why sell a *New* Zelda game on the N64 when Gamecube is out&#33;" no one would by CZ cos you could get HL2 WITH SUPER COOL GRAPHICS or you could just get CZ with the old HL engine with shit scipted AI and yucky graphics (except AUG looks cool) *I have this game also not beta cos i&#39;ve finshed it with no problems or glitches in game or graphics&#33;*

    yup yup yup seems kinda sensless work on something as big as HL2 and just KILL it ppl would be so pissed and VALVE would be also cause of the money they couldve made and lost (30-40% would prolly download it instead) the rest would buy it and later on bout 20% that downloaded it would buy a key to play online

    also CAN u imagine the mods they could make with HL2 OMG counterstrike with HL2 grafix JUST wait man&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33; dam i cant WAIT&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;

    The minimum system specs are currently targeted at a 700 MHz PC with 128 MB RAM and a DX6-level video card TNT2 etc, meaning you won&#39;t need a supercomputer to run Half-Life 2.

    But on the machine above don&#39;t expect to see reflective water,dynamic shadows and bump-mapped textures. The game running at maximum detail 50/60 fps, machine required for this is approx 1600Mhz cpu, 256 mb ram, GeForce4 Ti card.

    In real life you need the best from a new game so I would recommend a 2000 cpu, 512 mb ram, GeForce4 Ti4800 128 ddr or ATI Radeon equivalent.
    The more power the better but not essential with this game.
