I know its called bittorrent but i dont get good speeds at all with bittorrent and kazaa and piolet are the only filesharing programs that i get good speeds on.

If someone downloaded it off bittorrent why dont they share it on kazaa?

well its, better than spending times download fakes dont it

if they dled it of bt....they probably arent using kazaa that much...so why would they share...and beside, maybe they think the other ppl were smart enough to know better than dling games from kazaa

Ok, I'm new to this so go easy on me

I downloaded the flt Halo game and copied it to my HD. The icon is a white box with a blue edge around it. When I clicked on it I got a black DOS looking window? Do I need to download something to open this file or burn it onto a CD or something

Err.....It says flt-halo.exe, whats an extension :helpsmile: ?

The file size is 715,543kb. I'm used to clicking on a 'set up' wizard icon

In the folder, click on Tools, then Folder Options. Click on the View tab, and make sure "Hide file extensions for known file types" is unchecked.

The extension is the .xxx at the end of the file. Take the file, and rename it's extention to .bin or .iso, try them both. Then use Nero (if you want to burn it) or use Alcohol 120% and mount it (if you'd rather not burn it).

Thanks, I did what you said and changed the file extension to .bin instead of .exe.
