I did get one Hit and Run warning before but this was because I was fairly new to the system and thus I was confused about how it worked, anyhow things ended well so yeh

No, not even in public trackers. Sometimes i stop them before 1:1 tho, like when i need my full upload speed for a private tracker but i always restart the upload later when the connection is idle.
My guilty pleasure btw is to seed a long forgotten torrent that has a few leechers but no seeder

Well it depends how "Hit'n'run" is defined.

If I download an old movie with only one seeder. And it's realistic that at least one will download the torrent for every second week, how is it realsitic for me to seed? I use a private connection then I have no intention to seed for 24 hours per day. I usually "pay back" by seeding new torrents more.
