get notified about new torrents

I have a seed box for a month and I want to build a better ratio on some sites but I'm having trouble getting to them early. Is there any way for me to be notified when new torrents come out on my sites?

sorry if this is an obvious answer but how do I setup rss. I cant seem to find out how to do it. Ive looked all over the bittorrent section and when I searched for rss it came up with nothing.

The term "RSS" is too short, that's why Search didn't return any results. You may want to have a look at this:

Use irc scripts for automatic torrent downloads, it's faster than RSS. Check your tracker forums or make your own.
