A Good Game Hosting Site

My clan and i get my sever from Nuclear Fallout As far as i can tell they give the cheapest servers and lowest ping. We have a 14 man server for about 50 bucks. Does anyone have a better site or hoster that iz qualified in CAL and has low prices such as nuclear fallout?
