i downloaded that optimizer program and went from a 7.3 transfer rate to a 7.2

I believe the idea of logging off or even letting the computer sit in the bios screen is to let "TRIM" do it's job. I don't know why that would help your R/W speed![]()
i rebooted and it went back to 7.3
