Sorry, I don't use uTorrent personally so have never set this up, but have you looked in this guide here - https://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/f-gui...s-webui-132202

Might be worth a look in case you may have missed something out. Hope it helps

hey maybe it'll help, but try changing the port from 8080 to something like 7599 or such..port 8080 has been known to be a standard port for proxys which may be blocked at the router..

    Code:
    http://server ip :8080/gui/
And make sure there's no spaces between your IP and the port in your URL..It's hard to tell from your code snippet what exactly you're typing in..

After all that, try in a different browser as well.

you have to open the port at the windows firewall and upstream at a router too, if that's the case. Otherwise, inbound connections to the 8080 port aren't allowed.

Maybe its too obvious but I just thought of listing this, according to you, you type the url as
    Code:
    http://server ip :8080/gui/
Maybe, just maybe that space is the problem, try this out,
    Code:
    http://server ip:8080/gui/
Remove the space between the ip and the colon
Maybe it will work and maybe it wont, if it doesnt check that the ports are open as Cabalo said.
