How Do I Burn Game?

I have downloaded Law and order II and have all the files in 2 folders (cd1 and cd2)
In each folder there are about 20 files all in number order and a sfv file.
How do I burn the cd's with no cue file?

Please can anyone help?

BTW, I think that they should make a copy of those threads in Gameworld.

This gives info on bin and cue files but there are none here?

what are the extentions of the other files? you may have to open the sfv file, to join them to .bin or .ccd.
