Looking for a new seedbox

Hi,

I know so many people have asked the same question here..but still i have my own requirements..

My requirements:
Basically i am looking for a seedbox using which i can download latest scene releases and upload them to different filehosts like rapidshare,megaupload etc.

1) i should be able to rar/unrar the files on my seedbox without any hassle

2)i should be able to remote upload these files(http) to any of the file hosts like megaupload and hotfile so that i can spread them using those links.

3)Hard disk size can be 50-100GB
4)Traffic: i don't require unlimited but at least 2-3TB
5)Speed: i should be able to download a 700MB file in 5-10mins..
6)budget-10-20 Euros

I have already looked at the below offers..Please let me know if these offers would suffice my requirements:

I have a suggestion - open your eyes.

This forum is full of people who have given reviews about good reliable sites, people with seedbox/dedi hosting companies in their signatures & sticky advertisements.

No one is going to do the work for you

Whatever you do DON'T GO WITH Biohost
they are the worst
I bought a 1 year Seedbox and it was
1.down like 7 days out of the month and
2.this past Summer it was down NO SERVICE AT ALL FOR 3 MONTHS.
3.Now I can't even get any FTP down speeds I get around 64k yes K I know its not on my end since I tried a few other seedboxes and get around 25-30mbs minutes NOT DAYS.
I have a 50mbs connection so its not me
3.and they don't answer support tickets
a 1 1/2 months ago I opened a support ticket for my low speeds and they haven't answered it in 4 weeks they just stopped.
I have 5 months left and asked for a refund they work even answer back

THEY ARE THE WORST

IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF JOIN THEM
BUT I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE

any1 with them!?? r they any gd? hows the support? seem 2 be nice in live chat, but that b4 sales service, i wanna kno about afta sale service!!!

seem to b cheap n offer ovh servers which i want!! n looks like anotha cumpany they got 2 with seedboxes option as prices r diff.. but not. not sure!
