Yeah the full blu-rays that are around 40-50gb. Would be good if it could play the bluray streamed from the HDD like it would play from the original bluray movie on the actual bluray disc.

Thats why I've stayed away from the Blu Ray burner even when they are on sale for $150. The media is just too damn much. $100 for 12!? Thats like $8 each F*ck that.

I think bluray will be the last disc that will be industry standard. In a couple of years, you'll be having hard disk libraries since most of it will be downloaded and played using your HDD.
Or more specifically your SSD![]()
Until they come out with at least 4x burn speeds for re-writables, disk size is less a purchase decision for me. At 60gb and 2x speed its just a waste of time and I have no time for their daudling in releasing faster devices and media.

You can launch ripped BDMV folders from a hard disc just like VIDEO_TS can't you?
