johhny, 1Gbit lines may be cheap, but the speed you get to hosts outside Romania with that connection is actually much lower.
cibu, try doing the speed test to a different server if you want more realistic results.

speedtests sometime going crazy!!outside RO works the same if he got speedy peers:...i bet if he downloads from SCC,FTN,SBT etc will got maximum speeds ...me too i have 100mb/s line and yeah i can reach in few seconds 10-11 mb/s on SCC,SBT and othersand that's a fact

well depends...but 4 me if there are speedy peers be sure i'll get maximum
also depends on subscription RDS isn't to speedy outside ...some connection are
