I recently purchased a Tungsten E2 and after loading the software program and registering my palm, I am unable to open the software. I have tried using both the shortcut and the direct link. I also tried to uninstall the program and re-install, but no luck . Please help! thanks.

You don't state your O/S so one can only guess .
Have you tried their home site support ?
