172cm/64kg Asian guy. Works out 3-5 days a week and runs 5km every 2 days.
Basically did quite a bit of drinking this term, and put on a good 2-3 kg or so from all the late night beer, used to have a defined 6 pack but now it's more like a 4 pack with a layer of fat covering the bottom 2 X_X
