Hello,
I have downloaded some audio tracks but they are all merged as 1 huge mp3 - typically greater than 150mg each one. Of course I can't burn these files to CD as NERO thinks the file is >900 mg. How can I de-merge/extract the merged MP3's ?
thanks in advance
Harry

You just get an mp3 splitter program such as Mp3DirectCut, then cut the song into as many as u want (you'll have to find where they end/begin yourself though).

Cool Edit is really cool... but the question is, do you need it ?
Cool Edit isn't made just to manipulate mp3s, it's a whole recording studio, with the ability to mix tracks of just about any format, make lots of effects to recorded audio, etc. So, if you need all that, get it, if not, i'd say it's not worth the download time, no matter how short.
