Hey, in my looking for trackers I found bestmmatorrents.com, which has a lot of stuff under the MMA Instructional Section. Some of it is conditioning for combat, but there's also a lot of general stuff including good kettlebell workouts as well as the transformation workouts P90x (which I highly recommend) and Insanity, last time I was there.
I've heard that MMA trackers are good for that type of thing ,also BitMe and BitSeduce if it's still around even.

Well the good thing about MMA is you have to be pretty well rounded when it comes to fitness, so they have lots of good resources.
