It's about some scripts that are always running on the site. The script checks the user and see if its ratio increased in such a manner that he should have account upgraded to another class
Thank you, that's the most reasonable answer I got, at least better than "No Frickin Way"!
after you said that, now I remember, @TvT.ro I didn't get upgraded to Power User instantly, but it was after my "Last Check"
    Thank you again

So BitMe's scripts are constantly checking whether disabled accounts qualify for a promotion?

One of the things the scripts do is checking for promotions, maybe there are other scripts check for other stuff, I don't know

Maybe, but if what Silverleaf said is true, remember you've also claimed seeing "Last update: 8 minutes ago" on the profiles of BitMe disabled users. It makes no sense to check if accounts that will never be used again can be promoted

That's what I meant... the accounts are disabled... so there's no need to "check" them

accounts are disable but they are not deleted from the data base so they are still checked

Just in case they ever get reenabled... but the check would be better off done after the account's status is toggled.

It is easier to check all accounts rather than selecting enabled and active accounts and possibly missing something important.

All depends on what is being checked. Could be ghost torrents, dead peers or any other sundries that can still be active even after an account gets disabled.
