I spend way too much time listening to music. It seems I always have to have a soundtrack for every moment of my life. I should stop putting earphones in every time I walk somewhere alone. I tend to do this even if it's a 3 minute walk which is kind of ridiculous..

I listen to music all the time, but I control the music, not the music controlling me.
Well... except when I listen to I-doser lol.
I play multiple instruments and love playing around making my own tracks and such.

as long as you're "controlling the music" it should be an integral part of your life. don't let the radio/industry decide what music you should like though.
I listen to music almost constantly but all it has substance, its not just one of the 12 songs in regular rotation on the radio that are popular because some record exec decided that they should be.
