I have to agree with Linda on this one. I spend hours scouring the internet finding rips and verifying the quality. By no means am I asking for things in return, but I feel that members/users who contribute and share should certainly get the files first. On IRC, our servers are set up so that we can give priority to other people who are sharing the music. So servers get priority in our queues. B)

I did not mean to offend anyone.
Those are my personal views,and I respect those that differ from mine.

I also spend hours organizing,finding mp3's that are high quality,ripping,
covers,artist info,reviews and so on, and so on.

my brothers and I have collected albums,8-tracks,casettes since I was 10 years old,and I have been dl'ing music off the net for years.

I love music and own more "real albums" then I have dl'ed.
Yet I dont feel like I own the music,it is everybodys music to enjoy.
I have worked no harder putting my collection together than the artist
who created the files we all share.

I agree there are alot of freeloaders out there........So what.
I state my wishes and what I believe,and let everyone rather
their in our SS room or not dl as much as they can off of me.
The more the better.To me this means more files being shared,
If not today then mabey later when some of the more selfish
users realize that for it all to work they need to share and
not just leech.

I put members of our rooms in my user list so that they get first priority
and others that I have gotten some cool shit off of.
Other than that I share with everyone!

I enjoy using SoulSeek and have met some awsome people!
I appriciate all of the hardwork that members put in to file sharing
and I hope you all feel the same about me.(wait untill I get my 250GB HD this
winter )

you put into IRC.
Linda you know I love you dear and I thank you for welcoming me into SoulSeek with open arms when I joined for the second time almost a year ago.
And to Funky who reminded me of SoulSeek after I had given up on it the first time I had joined (when it seemed like all the music was trance and everyone was elitest asses But I owe you a littel payback for getting me addicted to Orange CD
