speeds are great, great staff and community feeling, if you need help, its not just staff that help, its the normal members as well, unlike a few sites I am a member of, if help is needed, you can normally get it 24/7. the request forum is great for those hard to find things, they have a lottery every month, this month the prize is $1000, OK, the wait time isn't so hot when new, but if you start small, your ratio soon builds up and I made power user in three weeks with a not so fast connection.
