no, i can`t speak french but their are some french movies that i wish i have . i think i can deal with language their using online dictionaries .

PTN doesnt specialize in Movie packs,there are very less packs there,maybe u want Packme.in..they recruit through thier irc,dont give out invites

As for speedtests, a speedtest.net proof of my home connection will mean nothing since my upload speed is 16 KBps.. however I use a seedbox for torrenting so if you'd like I will give you a link to a file on the server so you can see the speed for yourself.
