i need ahelp with ptn

i filled the application
and i be accpted

but when i enter the invite

write my nicky and pass and after finish sign up

they told me that update profile failed
i said no problem

but when i tried to enter with my name and pass
there was wrong

i sent for the info of the acc and i recieved it in my mail

but the user no answer
only the pass is present

i canot get the irc to get help also i canot get the acc

i need it very much and i hope to get ahelp

Im having the same problem. Got the invite but when I signed up I got an error saying my registration failed. When I did a password reset, I received a password but no username (duh haha). Seems like one cant get to their irc without logging in. I hope this gets fixed soon .

join #ptn.support (Registration is not required for joining open chans)

The mail server is working fine, and the pending invite and confirmation mails have been sent out.
If you're having Login issues, join the support chan and ask an OP for help.
