I'm just saying, someone with a good connection is more of an asset to a community than someone with a poor connection.Having a low upload has nothing to do with an inability to seed, especially on a ratioless tracker.
Although I do agree that someone with a poor connection can be a great member, but through a giveaway its hard to judge that.

Ive got what I consider a pretty good connection, but not over 2mbps up. Here in the states I think its not very common. Even some of the down speeds your ppl get is insane. I have 18mbps down, 1.5up. Never had any problem seeing back to 1 within 24hr on a 4-5gb download. I think mandating 2mbps is pretty lame, but they arent my invites to give away.
