Although I could guess at what you thought I might be implying I actually meant that most people here are still too blinded by hype and desired eliteness to bother with anything , however worthwhile ,that doesn't fit into that closed little picture.

TorrentVault by any account I have heard is a fantastic site ( like many of "low level" IPT,Leecherslair,Pretome etc) and the fact that nobody( especially a noob with little alternative) shows the tiniest interest in at least checking it out I find pretty appalling.
