Indexing, which they have all mentioned. Many .mp3's are just indexed on peoples servers, you can find those strings to type in anywhere online.
Soulseek is the first program I used. Anybody could use that haha

coda.fm is a nice music tracker in addition its public
never heard of coda.fm doesnt look to snazzy. perfect for noobz lol
