I have RS premium account but i have a problem.

Download is slow 50 kb/s.

How make to download fast?

you can use software like Cryptload or Jdownloader for faster speed.

Try using other carriers to download and you might also try to use multiple connections to get more speed out of it.

change settings to use GlobalCrossing. it is very fast.

Use MSD and the Level(3) carrier. I can get 350kB/s on a 3Mbit line with that.
