Good news coming... after they said that there''s no chance to return, things changed(weeeiiirrdd). Www works for now, but as the announcement says:

After many requests of our users, and posts on many boards we decided to resurrect site again. At the beginning we were not sure if we'll be able to collect that kind of money, so we turned site off, because we were afraid that this can be too much. We don't want to be called 'thiefs' if we fail. Additionally we're facing more problems. We're going to change server company one more time, but we need money for that. 1500pln is still needed. It's possible, that we'll temporairy go online on current server (but we don't know for how long) where we had big troubles. We want to show you, that we care about HeavenTracker return.
