I too am seeing this page, when i try to get to the browse page in my history it returns a file not found. Yet someone says the site is up? What's going on? I've checked my e-mails and I don't see anything from them, would be nice to have some clue what is happening.

Just goto the main page instead of browse. Its working fine. When your cookie expires, or you get logged out for any reason, you will get a not found for the browse page.
