It means you enter your email in the only input box on the screen after which you will be taken to login screen. Pretty simple really.
I prolly don't deserve it if it's that easy anyway

I figured it out guys! On the homepage with the Xbox ad...at the bottom it says to email this to a friend. You actually put your email address that you registered with and you are there BABY!
