Not so much misleading, as they open and close, off and on. Catching them open depends on how many times a person checks (relative to how badly one wants in...).btacs is misleading me then.
Obviously, the ones that don't want in, check only once.

Hmmm...not to diss the guy that made the site, but opentrackers doesn't seem much better than btracs(although it does look great). Every site I clicked on that site were closed.btracs sucks, you should try this one: http://www.opentrackers.fr/
i know pretty well the guy who made this site and i can tell you he done a good job
But I'm assuming it's just the luck of the draw. These two sites are listing sites that open a lot. So it's up to us to constantly check them to catch these sites when they're open.
