Some people are still having problems connecting to the site using the URL this is normal as it can take up to 48 hours for the DNS to propagate. So for those people that are having that issue then just keep using the IP to connect.

Another solution you can try is:

Go to Start, then Run, and type ipconfig /flushdns then press enter (leave a space between ipconfig / )

This will flush the local DNS, this will work for most of you but it might not work for everyone. If it doesn't don't panic, just sit back and wait for the DNS to propagate.
