Arabic tracker (with English option that doesn't mean f*ck all, because the torrents are mainly in Arabic with very few subbed.)
with 1,107 torrents. Before dl'ing you must run their speed test-

"The tracker must measure the your upload speed so it can decide the best torrent limits for your line. Before testing, make sure that you are not download or upload anything in the computer in order to do accurate test."

Looked like Appz, cartoons and anime, but there may have been more. Not in English, so I didn't look much...
