Thanks finally signed up after many years of trying. I figured out how to pass their sign-up system.

1. Enter the first captcha code provided. If unreadable, refresh page.
2. Password must contain at least ONE uppercase letter and 10 characters
3. Enter the second captcha code. If unreadable, refresh page.
4. Click the link FAQ beside checkbox and scroll to bottom. Close window and check box
5. Click the link Rules beside checkbox and scroll to bottom. Close window and check box.
6. Check the age box and press sign up.

Your good to go
