Best I could do was use a translator and try to read the faq. I had to keep guessing at one of the questions as the translator was always poor at it. Try to get the banned clients question (bitcomet and bittornado) and the how to improve ratio question (seed!). Guess the last. It only took me four tries to get in.

The 3x upload and freeleech is over.

It is open for Signups. However extremly hard to get in. You get an estimate of 9 seconds to sign up before it closes again. The site keeps opening randomly every 15 minutes I suppose.
