@ Cabalo; do you know what the removeWAT (hazard's?) crack does exactly? I'm interested. What is WAT for example?
As hairbautt's link points to, it's a tiny crack which removes windows activation technologies completely.
Not even the dreaded latest windows update tackles it. It's a fantastic piece of software.
This is the their home site and you can download it somewhere at http://forums.mydigitallife.info/thr...tion-solution.

When I forced the WAT Update to run on a system whose activation files had been tampered with using the latest RemoveWAT (v2.2.5), the utility was able to detect the tampering and flagged the system as non-Genuine.

I was finally able to get my system activated with my purchased key so I should be good unless I change hardware. I agree with the guy writing the article. Its going to be a cat and mouse game from now on for crackers.

I noticed that the "Microsoft Malware Protection Command Line" has been crashing alot lately and it's pointing to mssewat.dll I uninstalled it & tried to reinstall, but when verifying WGA it'll crash.

I did a system restore to a point where it was installed & had to reapply RemoveWAT, but still that utility is crashing for the same reason every now & again (particularly at startup).

Latest version of RemoveWAT works fine on my OS. Not flagged as non-genuine with KB971033 installed.
