I'm goin to restart my computer as it was running at least for 3 day without interruptions, and see if it changes something.

Done. Now it's not constantly 100% but it often reaches 100%.
And what about the other point:
Quote/me// 1 hour ago, I've decrease my CPU fan speed to the minimum, And hmonitor says the temperature of my CPU keeps being 60.5° Celcius, for 45mn now, with low running.(NAV+NPF+KLite+eMule+Internet browser, inernet connection stuff, & stlye XP)
Can I keep this setting?//
Knowing that I often play 3D games like GTA vice-city, hitman2, & wolfenstein.
if its system idle prosess its normal! But still something strange:
When I have a look to the performance in "Windows task manager", it says the CPU usage is at 100%. Is that normal ? Idon't think it was like that before.![]()

No, that IS NOT normal.
A constant 100% usage?
Indeed.
But that's not what he said, is it?

system idle prosess
Is it a (big) problem?A constant 100% usage
If you run you CPU any hotter than 60C then you reduce its life. So the cooler you can run it the longer it will last (within reason). Also Cooler=More stability.Originally posted by leonidas@19 October 2003 - 10:50
Really!!
I've just get an AMD documentation which says that the limit for my CPU is 90° Celcius. Isn't 60°c a bit paranoid ?
And when you say 60°C, do you mean that my CPU must never exceed this temperature, or just that it should be the temperature of my CPU when not so much apps or 3D games are running?
Also do I have to care about the main-board temperature ? Mine is at 30°Celcius at the moment.
For the constant 100% usage... Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to launch the Task Manager. Look in the 'Processes' tab to find out what is creating the load
