    I think my thoughts should be for all on this.

    Take your upgrading money and save it for a new system. Keep anything but mobo, ram, cpu.

    Upgrade your processor to Intel, Motherboard depending upon the processor and at least 3-6 GB Ram .

    Rest Depends upon your Budget, Best of Luck Enjoy your new PC
